Traditional Usui Reiki 1st Degree - 2 day course

What is Reiki & how can it benefit me?

Well - discovered in the early 20th Century by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan, Reiki is an empowering, healing energy system which works to bring the mind, body & soul back into alignment.  

It can be learnt by anyone irrespective of age or background and the 1st Degree level will allow you to treat yourself, family, friends, pets and even plants with hands on healing.

Reiki can help you regain control of your life bringing you back into balance.

The course consists of 4 attunements over the 2 days plus information on the history of reiki, how to give a treatment both to yourself and others.  You will receive a folder with handouts a certificate on completion and ongoing support either by email or phone after the course.

The course is run from the beautiful Haigh Lea Therapy Rooms, 22 Whitefield Rd, Sale, Cheshire, M33 6NZ (see website www.haighlea.co.uk for directions) which is close to the M60 motorway and has plenty of on road parking available.

Cost for the 2 days (10am to 4pm) is £195*.

All you need to bring is a packed lunch on each day and a cushion.  Tea, coffee, water etc are supplied.
