Anthony Burke is Managing Partner of Insight Consulting and has considerable experience of delivering consultancy projects for both private and public sector organisations especially at a senior management level since the formation of the business in 1992.

He is particularly interested in the impact of leadership style on organisational culture, the resulting levels of staff engagement and well being and as a consequence organisational performance.

His approach to organisation, team and individual development utilizes world class diagnostics, including Human Synergistics, Verax International and Tracom Corporation to achieve focus and measure the return on investment.

Anthony believes that people learn best by doing and enjoys seeing individuals and teams do what they did not think could be done. Recently he has successfully led an initiative that has resulted in Insight Consulting being appointed Certified International Distributors (Great Britain and Ireland) for Capsim Management Simulations Inc, global leader and the world’s largest provider of business simulations.

Anthony is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a consultant for CIPD Enterprises.
